The icon of NYC is no doubt the statue of liberty. In some sense it even represents the America as an entire nation. So how could I miss this site during my first visit to NYC. Oh, and the weather was nice too : )
This shot was taken on the ferry from Battery park to the Liberty island. I think this is one of the best angle, where you can see the Manhattan downtown in the distance.
I've decided to keep the entire 365 project in black & white. Somehow, the project is a documentary of my daily life. So black & white suits it better.
