
Muir woods national park might be the closest place near San Francisco to see red wood trees. It was until I arrived at the main gate that I realized that I had been here the first time I was in SF. Last time, due to the time limit, we only stayed for around one hour. This time, we were prepared from head to toes. We did a long hiking in the park for five hours, in search of the "gorgeous viewpoint" that a couple we encountered in the park told us. By the end of our hike, we didn't see any gorgeous view they mentioned.........
