Had been longing to see a Broadway show for a long time and today we made it with the Broadway classic, the phantom of the opera. Heard a lot of good words about the show and it didn't let us down. The songs were so beautiful and touching, and the performance was very well done. It was a little pity that I didn't like the girl casting Christine. In my opinion her voice was far from perfect and a long way from Sarah Brightman, who was the Christine in the original play in London.
Overall I liked the play and I even checked the movie version. The movie was excellent as well. If you don't have chance to the play in the theatre, be sure to check the movie version. It won't let you down.
