Day 16: The Jazz Night

Day 16: The Jazz Night
There were tons of events one could attend in Princeton, especially in the weekend. Plays, concerts, sport games, you name it. I was interested in lots of them, though I haven't attended any so far. The reason was that I always hoped to find someone as company. But it was unbelievably a hard thing in Princeton. Everyone seemed too busy. So today, when Mirjana (my landlord) asked me whether I was interested to go to a Jazz concert with them, I gladly said yes. I was not really a big fan of Jazz , and during the first couple of minutes, I didn't really understand the music. But after some time, I started to follow the rhythm and began to appreciate the performance of the musicians. I realized that the music was full of energy and passion. And everyone seemed to be holding their breath and staying extremely focused. That was why whenever the music ended, people seemed to finally be able to get some relieve, and then started enthusiastic applaud. I really enjoyed the concert, oh, what was more. I had my first handshake (in my life) with a music conductor, to whom Mirjana introduced me : ) I should have taken a picture with him..............
